No purchase necessary. Must attend live on 10/28/26 to be eligible. Recording viewers are not eligible. One winner will be drawn at random from live attendees after the webinar and notified by email. Open to US residents 18+. Employees of Privy and Stay AI are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER

Register for the Privy x Stay AI webinar and attend the live broadcast on October 28, 2026, from 10:00am to 10:45am Pacific Daylight Time. Each eligible live attendee receives one entry. Limit one entry per person.

PRIZE

One winner will receive a $1,000 gift card (approximate retail value: $1,000). The prize is not transferable, and no cash or substitution is allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible live attendees.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be drawn at random after the webinar and notified at the email address used to register. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, accepting the prize means the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release Sponsor and Stay AI from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures that prevent attendance or entry, and may cancel or modify the giveaway if it cannot run as planned.

GOVERNING LAW

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.
